2013 Season Prep

So with the new car taking up all our time, the poor old fury was neglected all winter, but with a few weeks to go we turned our attentions and got her spuced up again. All the body work has been repaired and resprayed, the car has had a proper going over and i've even replaced some parts.

First off the old floor was looking very shabby and had infact split in several places, so that had to go. Of course it wouldnt be a proper garage photo shoot unless Henry had a dangerous tool or position or both.

The new floor is made in 1 piece with access panels, so less holes and less drag than before hopefully

The one hardy spicer joint in the prop had been slowly developing some lateral play which i wasnt keen on so that was replaced too.

New properly mounted mirrors will hopefully mean i can see who is behind me this season (little tab on roll cage). Theere is alos a new seat in progress to stop me moving around so much.

The bus has been for its VOSA test and although failed on a fog lamp, is now all legal and looking in great shape.

A mention in Autosport for RGB and myself

And a shot for the ladies, Dad and I in our matching onesies ready for the ice cold paddock weather, thanks mom, NOT!!

So we were already for Donington, and the snow came and ruined it, bugger! Roll on Brands!
